Loyalty Ends Here is a melodic metalcore band from Haarlem, The Netherlands. Formed in 2020, the five-piece plays what they call revivalcore: the early-2000s melodic metalcore of Trivium, As I Lay Dying and Lamb of God, rebuilt for today's stages. Aggressive riffs, thunderous drums and powerful vocals, always with a melody underneath.

The name says what the songs are about. The lyrics dig into the fragile side of human connection: loyalty and betrayal, trust and deceit, relationships tested by adversity. Emotionally charged and deeply personal, the music is a cathartic outlet for the band and its audience alike.

In 2023 the band entered the Dutch Metal Battle and came out on top. Out of 48 competitors, Loyalty Ends Here won both the jury and the audience award in every round and took the title of No. 1 Upcoming Metal Band in The Netherlands. Festival slots followed the same year, including Baroeg Open Air, Herrie Metal Fest and Eindhoven Metal Meeting, along with a first headline show at De Vorstin in Hilversum.

May 2024 brought the self-produced debut EP Darkest Red, carried by the singles "Testament", "Deadweight" and "Medicate Me For Silence" and their music videos. The band took the EP across the Netherlands and into Belgium, from Stonehenge Festival to the semi-finals of the Alcatraz Bash.

In September 2025 guitarist Ian Smeets joined the band permanently, completing the current line-up. New material followed fast: "A House That Swallows Hope" (November 2025), "COLORS" (March 2026) and "DEAD x BURIED" (July 2026), each with its own video. These singles build towards the band's second EP, currently in the works.

On stage Loyalty Ends Here delivers a tight, high-energy show with full production, and that is where the band earns its reputation. Six years in, the mission has not changed: keep the melodic metalcore of the early 2000s alive, and play it like it matters.
